THE TRUTH ABOUT HALLOWEEN

Some know the truth but do not practice it while some don’t know and fall
victim. What matters in any one’s life is the truth that the one knows and
practices. After all, the senior brother to the Prodigal Son in the Bible knew
the truth that he was the first born but never did take advantage of his rights
and so did not enjoy any of it. One must not wonder why the enemy is
chasing the one if the one is “playing” with his stuff.
Whatever we welcome into our spirits, homes, etc., stays and operates.
Those we reject and pray against must go in Jesus name. When we let go all
that has to do with darkness and its agents, light automatically comes in, but
the two cannot dwell in the same place. Light rules over darkness.
Simply stated, Halloween is the acknowledgement, welcoming and
worshipping powers of darkness and principalities. The Book of Ephesians
tells us to put on the whole amour of God and fight them. Faith and prayers
are the key.
I have never seen a pagan celebrating Christmas or praying to God and
celebrating His goodness but I have seen lots of Christians celebrating
Halloween. They dress them selves and or their children in different kinds of
“ungodly costumes” to go do “treat or trick.” One thing some of us do not
know is that likely things attract one another. Just as a flag will attract people
from the nation it represents, any ungodly item in a given place will attract
ungodliness to that place. So homes, businesses, some churches, etc., that
have the Halloween items must not wonder why the devil is visiting them. The
fact is very clear. You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
It is time we made up our minds who to follow. There is nothing like “in-
between-Christians.” Neither hot nor cold. Neither for God nor for the
enemy. God wants us to declare our stand and show it too (Revelation 3:
16). Lower animals do not have the spirit of choice the way we do.
Therefore, let us use ours judiciously (Deuteronomy 30:15-16 and 19b).
The Bible tells us that God does not want us to have any other god besides
Him. He wants us to worship and celebrate Him and His glory. When I say
Him, it includes the Trinity, which is God the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

DELIVERANCE

Deliverance is the total spiritual and physical elimination of the unwanted
situation in a person. There cannot be an effective deliverance without
FAITH. I call to remembrance that our Lord Jesus Christ could not do great
works in His home town due to lack of faith in His activities from His kinsmen.
Is it not written that a Prophet is not recognized in his own town? One has to
believe before the miracle can take place. Jesus Christ healed people
according to their faith. Hence, unbelievers are unreceivers even to this day.
WHAT CLASS OF PEOPLE NEED DELIVERANCE?
Any person that is always struggling or fight in the sleep
Someone who eats in the dream
Someone who makes love in the dream
Someone who eats or ate food items that were offered to the gods
The above are just but a very few.
Deliverance is by choice rather than by force. Hence, if one is delivered from
a situation and the one does not want to get out of it, the one will still be
bound by it. Making the first move by the delivered to get out of the “ugly
situation” is the first step to getting permanent deliverance.
There was a man who was prayed for and delivered from what was his
condition. When he was ordered to get up and walk, he refused and told the
Pastor in a simple plain language, “No, I don’t want to loose my mercy-
statues in begging for alms.” The man claimed that the public would not
longer want to give him money if he got healed. So, he chose to remain down
instead of up.
If you want to be delivered, have the faith that you would. Take the first
step. Claim your deliverance and say a big “Amen” joyfully.

I S Y O U R S.

You’ve got the undisputed victory over “Pharaoh” in the
Mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen! The “Pharaoh” might be
the spirit of sickness of any kind, spirit of smoking, spirit of getting
drunk, spirit of untruthfulness, spirit of loneliness, spirit of family
squabbles, spirit of joblessness, spirit of financial lack, spirit of
educational setback, and so on. Beloved, hear you the Word of God
regarding these “Pharaohs”:
“He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; the Lord shall hold them in
derision. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, and distress them
in His deep displeasure.”
Psalms 2:4-5.
The Lord will arise and also set up a higher standard against any
“Pharaoh” that rises against you in any form or shape. This is because
your body is the Temple of the Holy Ghost, your body is the members of
Christ (1Corinthians 6:15) and the Spirit of God dwells in you. If you
believe, why don’t you say a big “AMEN!” It is not just good to
only believe (have the FAITH) without putting WORK into it. Do I hear
someone ask what type of work? I’m very glad.
The work is this, that you leave “old things” behind so that
they be pass away and you face the “new things.” The “old
things” could be bad friends who lead us into doing the “bad things,” it
could be not praying daily and constantly with faith (remember that
some prayers need FASTING added to them), and so on. We must leave
these
“old things” behind us and march forward to our VICTORY in Jesus
Christ Mighty name. Amen! Remember that it is what we let go and really
vehemently pray against that will finally go for good. Whatever we
accommodate in any form or shape stays and enslaves us. May that not be
our portion in Jesus name. Amen. We were bought at a very high price,
the Blood of Jesus Christ. Let us not therefore became slaves to
ungodliness of any kind (1Corinthians 7:23). Let us leave the “old
things” behind for good.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he (or she) is a new creation;
old things have passed away: behold, all things have become new.”
2Corinthians 5:17.
The enemy might use “camouflaged ungodly things” to tempt us in
order to bring in his sickness, lack of good things, setbacks, and his
other trade marks for that is what he is known for: to steal, kill and
destroy, but if we “fight” him back with the Word of God and stand on
It, he will have no other alternative but to flee.
“No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man (and
woman); but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted
beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of
escape, that you may be able to bear it.”
1Corinthians 10:13.
Beloved, we have received, not the spirit of the world, but that which
is from God so that we might know the things that have been freely
given to us by Him. He has given us love, peace, good health and
prosperity in various forms and shapes, etc., through His Son Jesus Christ,
Amen.

THERE IS POWER IN THE WORD THAT WE SPEAK ©

Each and every word that we speak carries the power of life or death,
according to its content. Our spoken word can either heal or destroy. Pull up
or pull down. Give life or give death. Encourage or discourage. There is
power in the spoken word. No wonder that our Lord tells us that our spoken
word can move the mountain. That’s power right there.
As Christians, we are expected to speak God’s Word of blessing in various
ways. God stands by His Word and watches over it to both perform it and
prosper us with it. However, we have to activate His Word for it to start doing
great things in our lives. Activation is the key and we activate His Word by
speaking it boldly with faith. Our circumstances will have a turn around for
our testimonies if we trust and declare His Word over our lives.
In addition, faith-word is declaring about our selves what God says about us,
concerning our situation. The Bible, which is God’s Word, has a word for
every of our situation. God wants us to speak His Word with faith and
authority over our unwanted situation in order to receive redemption.
Remember that you can’t do this if you don’t even own a Bible.
Because we were created in God’s image, our word has creative power.
Remember that He created the world by His Word. In order words, He spoke
the world into being. Let us therefore use our word to create positive things
like healing, deliverance, prosperity, love, peace, and so on. It is never
incorrigible to attempt speaking negative words in any form or shape. Let us
not ever forget that our spoken can either make or destroy us. So, instead of
always complaining about the “problem,” let us with faith give thanks for the
solution, and then claim it with faith.
When ever we are not receiving the way that we are expected to, from God,
we most necessarily need to look and see if we are really speaking and
declaring God’s Word with faith into our life. Remember that thinking, hoping
or wishing are never the same as speaking and declaring with faith.
Let us start confessing God’s Word that points to our situation, over our lives
and He will bring our confession to come to pass accordingly. Did not His
Word say that with mouth (word) confession is made unto salvation? This
means that we can call in our salvation in the form of healing, deliverance,
peace, prosperity, and so on, with our mouth. Start declaring God’s Word
over your life and claim the victory with faith.
We can effect the direction of our lives by the words that we speak. Since
words are spiritual seeds, which manifest at their due time, positive words
produce positive results and negative words produce negative results or
fruits.
Words carry spirit power and authority, which enable it to create or destroy
accordingly. Negative words destroy the destiny while positive words build.
One can send a Prayer Word to someone who is not physically present and
the Prayer Word will locate its “owner” whom it was being sent to, and then
perform accordingly. This is the very reason why we need to keep praying for
our loved ones all over the nation and world. They might not be aware of the
prayers, but God hears and they will receive the sent Prayer Words.
Let our spoken words dwell on the solutions rather than on the problem. It is
better that we dwell on the solution to an issue rather than talk and complain
about it. This is because solution solves problems but complaints don’t.

It matters a whole lot the way we identify ourselves. This is because people
would not really want to honor us if we do not honor ourselves. What we do
and what we answer bring identity to us. In addition, whom we follow and
associate with also portrays our identity.
People might identify you with the world’s high or low class. What really
matters is where you stand in the things of God, how connected you are to
Him and how He identifies you.
David’s family saw him as the small insignificant shepherd that was not fit for
consideration as a king. Goliath saw him as a small negligible boy (1 Samuel
17:1-58). However, God saw him as the next king for Israel, the one to bring
victory from the Philistines to the Israelites by killing their champion, and also
the one through whose line our Lord Jesus Christ would come to this world
(Matthew 1:6-16).
Rahab was a harlot, which was not the best business to be engaged in.
Usually, people would talk bad about that profession. However, God’s ways
are not our ways. This same woman was “connected” to God and hence
knew that Jericho was going to fall into the hands if the children of Israel.
Hence she sheltered the spies and they in turn saved both her life and those
of her family while the rest of her nation was destroyed. What counts is how
God sees us, for He responds to us according to that.
A man had a clean record with his people. He even built a church for them.
Hence, when he was in need, the people went to our Lord and told Him that it
is good that He come and help the man because he do love their nation and
also built a church for them. Our Lord responded. We see that this man was
identified by his character and giving, which paved the way for him.
POWER OF THE HOLY GHOST ©

For us to receive Power, we need to first receive the Holy Ghost. When we
do receive, we do not have to keep it a secret but share the Word to the four
corners of the world (Acts 1:8). Remember that for the light to shine, it does
not have to be placed under the bed. Publication increases expansion, which
paves the way for more expansion.
God gave us the Power to bind and to loose. Our Lord tells us that if we
command, with faith, the mountain to move that it will. This is Power. In
addition, God gave us the Power to walk over all evils and be victorious
(Psalm 91:13).
We do have power over all unclean spirits, to cast them out. Also, we have
the power to heal the sick (Matthew 10:1). Let us start speaking the Word of
God to those unwanted situations and God who watches over His Word to
fulfill them will bring them to pass.
The best thing that we can do is to use our deliverance God-given power for
His glory, by speaking over every sickness, poverty situation, set backs, and
other things alike. Let us remember that He is still able. If He did it before, He
sure can do it again. This time for you. Amen.
